Steak & Egg Caesar Salad
A great spin on a classic Caesar salad, especially heading into a new year. We love Caesar salad’s in our house so why not get creative with them so we don’t get sick of them. Simply switching a classic chicken protein for steak and adding a hard boiled egg with hot sauce really kicks it up a notch. We also added our own croutons for some extra umph!

Ingredients
2 Steaks of choicE
Mixture of Iceberg & Romaine Lettuce ripped and washed
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, with shells removed and sliced
1 Cup Croutons
1-2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
3-4 Tbsp. Caesar Dressing
2-3 Tsp. Hot Sauce (if desired)
2-3 Tsp. JamDinners Steak Spice
Directions
Season both sides of the steaks with the Steak Spice. Cook until desired redness on the BBQ.
While the steak is cooking, combine the lettuce. dressing parmesan cheese and croutons in a large mixing bowl. Combine well.
Split the salad into 2 bowls. Top with hard boiled egg and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Remove the steak from the BBQ and slice thinly then lay on top of salad. Drizzle hot sauce over top and season with additional pepper as desired. Enjoy!Add some Everything Seasoning for added flavors!
