Cran Brie Rosemary Bites
We love an easy and DELICIOUS appie … especially one that can use holiday leftovers in a fun way. This appie really is perfect for Christmas or NYE and seriously quick to make. You could get fun with it and add crushed pecans, or make mini versions in mini muffin tins but this is our jam the way we laid it out below!
Ingredients
1 Tube pillsbury crescent rolls
1/2 wheel of Brie, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 Cup cranberry sauce
1 Tbsp. Evoolution Apple Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Pepper as desired
Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat to 375F.
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, roll out crescent dough and pinch together seams. Cut into 12 squares. Press squares into prepared cups.
Place the bite sized pieces of brie inside each dough square. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce (mix the cranberry sauce with the balsamic vinegar before hand if you choose to add it).
You could also switch the order in which you add the brie and sauce and do the cranberry sauce first then the brie which is what we did in these updated photos.
Season lightly with fresh cracked pepper as desired.
Bake bites until pastry is golden brown, about 15 minutes. Top with rosemary sprigs as desired.
