Classic Poutine
A Canadian Classic … the Poutine. Perfect for this Canada Day!
Serving Size: 2 Poutines
Ingredients
- 1/2 Bag Cavendish Extra Crispy Frozen Fries, cooked as per packaging 
- 1 Package Gravy, made as per packaging 
- 3/4 Cup Cheese Curds 
- Green Onion, chopped for garnish 
- Salt & Pepper to taste 
Directions
- Remove cheese curds from fridge while the fries are still cooking to help them get closer to room temperature. 
- Lay fully cooked fries out in a bowl then cover with desired amount of cheese curds. 
- Drizzle with lots of gravy to help melt the cheese curds. Set aside to allow the cheese to melt further before eating. 
- Top with green onion or chopped parsley and season with a little pepper!
