Brussel Cran Pecan Salad
Oh man growing up I had no idea how much I would grow to love Brussel Sprouts but here I am .. using them in a delicious salad! This is a perfect side dish for thanksgiving dinner since it looks like we may be unable to celebrate with our families again! Get creative and have fun!
Ingredients
- 10 Brussel Sprouts, shredded (or finely chopped) 
- 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese 
- 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries 
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans 
- 1-2 Tbsp. Evoolution Oregano Infused Olive Oil 
- 1-2 Tbsp. Traditional 18 Year Dark Balsamic Vinegar 
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix then serve.
